Create and submit a support ticket for Backpack Wallet or Exchange (Mobile)

The best way to report mobile Wallet and Exchange issues.

The best way to report issues or glitches in Backpack products is to generate a Support ticket using the built in function which lives in both Wallet and Exchange. It collects details about the system status that helps troubleshoot the issue.

  • After submitting a ticket, make sure to record the ticket ID and include it when you contact Support (support@backpack.exchange)

1) Open the main Settings menu

Note: If you are on the Wallet screen, you must navigate to home screen and then open the main Settings menu.

2) Select 'Bug Report'

3) Select 'Submit'

4) Copy the report identifier code.

5) Detail the issue and attach the report identifier code in your email.
