The most common causes of OTP (One Time Pass) code issues:
- User is looking for OTP code in email inbox instead of 2FA app
- 2FA app device and Exchange login device are synced to different time zones causing OTP code to fail
- User has multiple 2FA apps downloaded and is looking for OTP code in wrong one
- User is opening the Exchange on a mobile device via browser app. We do not currently support this activity.
