Turning on Developer Mode in Backpack Wallet enables additional tools and features such as:
- Adding Testnet networks (Mobile and Extension)
- Exporting Wallet Backup keys (Mobile)
Instructions for Extension are located below Backpack Wallet (Mobile) section.
Backpack Wallet (Mobile)
1.) Select the Main Menu button (Backpack Logo) in top left hand corner.
Note: If you are logged into Exchange you must select the Main Menu button twice.
2.) Open the Security menu at the bottom of screen.
3.) Toggle 'Developer Mode' on.
4.) Return to Wallet and settings will automatically be applied.
Backpack Wallet (Extension)
1.) Open the Main Menu in top left hand corner.
2.) Open the Preferences menu.
3.) Toggle 'Developer Mode' on.
4.) Return to Wallet and settings will automatically be applied.
