We’re introducing a new affiliate framework featuring two programs:
How It Works: No need to contact us; simply share your referral code, and you’ll earn 10% of the trading fees generated by your referred, KYC‑verified users.
Rebates: Referral rebates can be claimed up to 24 months after they become available.
How It Works: For every 4 points your referred users earn, you receive 1 point (in addition to your 10% cash rebate).
Eligibility Requirements:
$20 million monthly referral volume
15 active referred users per month
5 new user acquisitions per month

Note:
If you’ve previously arranged specific rates through our local teams, your existing rates won’t change.
Referral rebates are populated weekly, and volume generated by referrals is not immediately claimable.
We cannot retroactively add referrals for users who have already completed KYC without using your code.
To invite a new user:
1. Locate Your Referral Code
On the mobile app: Navigate to your Exchange Account → Points Screen → Referrals tab.
Customization Tip: You must have $1,000,000 in lifetime trading volume to customize your code. Otherwise, a default code is assigned.
2. Share Your Code
Give the code directly to your friend, colleague, or community member.
3. Track Referral Activity
Once they sign up using your code and complete KYC, you’ll start earning referral rebates based on their trading fees.

During signup, look for the “Add referral” field.
Input the code you received from your referrer.
3. Complete KYC
After verifying your identity, you’re all set. Your referrer will begin receiving rebates, and you’ll gain access to all of Backpack Exchange’s features.
