Why is my KYC Identity Verification pending?

Backpack Exchange uses an automated KYC system to complete Identity Verification.
In some cases the system flags an account for a manual review by the Backpack Compliance team. This can take up to seven days during high demand periods.
If your KYC Identity Verification has been pending for more than seven days please reach out to Support via email.
