# Bridge Assets Across Networks

Use **Bridge** in Backpack Wallet to move assets between supported networks and wallets.

The example below shows bridging SOL from a Solana wallet to ETH in an Ethereum wallet. Available networks and tokens may vary.

### How to Bridge Assets

#### Step 1: Open Bridge

1. Open Backpack Wallet.
2. Tap **Swap** at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select **Bridge**.

#### Step 2: Select a Destination Wallet

Tap **Select Destination Wallet**, then select the network and wallet where you want to receive the assets.

For example, you can select an Ethereum or Monad wallet.

If you don't already have a wallet for the destination network, follow the on-screen instructions to create one.

#### Step 3: Select the Assets and Enter the Amount

1. In the **From** section, select the asset you want to send and enter the amount.
2. In the **To** section, select the token you want to receive.
3. Review the selected destination wallet and the transaction details shown on the screen.

#### Step 4: Review and Approve

Tap **Review Bridge**.

Review the transaction details carefully, including the sending and receiving wallets and the estimated amount to be received.

If everything is correct, tap **Approve** to submit the transaction.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://support.backpack.exchange/wallet/actions/bridge-assets-across-networks.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
