# Stake SOL

Tìm hiểu cách stake token SOL để nhận phần thưởng trong Backpack Wallet chỉ với vài bước đơn giản.

Có hai cách chính để stake Solana trên Backpack:

1. Liquid Staking: stake SOL trong khi vẫn duy trì thanh khoản thông qua các tài sản staking được token hóa như bpSOL
2. Native Staking: ủy quyền SOL trực tiếp cho validator thông qua ví của bạn.

### Cách stake SOL để nhận bpSOL

Thực hiện liquid staking bằng cách hoán đổi SOL lấy bpSOL ngay trong Backpack Wallet.

1. Chọn **Swap**.
2. Chọn **SOL** làm token bạn muốn hoán đổi.
3. Chọn **bpSOL** làm token bạn muốn nhận.
4. Nhập số lượng SOL bạn muốn hoán đổi.
5. Chọn **Review Swap**, xem lại chi tiết giao dịch, sau đó phê duyệt giao dịch.

> **Lưu ý:** APY hiển thị trong Backpack Wallet có thể thay đổi. Hãy tham khảo mức hiện tại trong ứng dụng.

### Cách Native Staking SOL

Native staking cho phép bạn stake SOL trực tiếp với validator Solana thông qua Backpack Wallet.

1. Trong **Portfolio**, chọn **Solana (SOL)**.

3. Chọn **Native Staking**.

4. Nhập số lượng SOL bạn muốn stake.
5. Xem lại validator đã chọn. Để chọn validator khác, hãy chọn **Other Validators**.
6. Chọn **Stake** và phê duyệt giao dịch.
