# Stake SOL

Có hai phương thức chính để stake Solana trên Backpack:

1. Liquid Staking: stake SOL trong khi vẫn duy trì tính thanh khoản thông qua các token phái sinh staking được token hóa như bpSOL
2. Native Staking: ủy quyền trực tiếp SOL cho một validator thông qua ví của bạn.

### Cách Thực Hiện Liquid Stake SOL để Nhận bpSOL

SOL được stake thông qua Backpack, hay bpSOL, có thể giúp tăng phần thưởng của bạn lên đến 15% (tỷ lệ thay đổi và biến động thường xuyên). Thực hiện theo các bước sau để chuyển đổi SOL hiện có của bạn sang bpSOL và bắt đầu nhận thưởng ngay hôm nay.

### Cách Thực Hiện Native Stake SOL

Backpack đề xuất 2 validator: Backpack Validator và Mad Lads validator. Thực hiện theo các bước sau để stake SOL hiện có của bạn thông qua một Solana validator và bắt đầu nhận thưởng ngay hôm nay.

1. Mở Solana (SOL) từ danh sách token
2. Chọn nút 'Stake SOL to Earn'
3. Chọn nút 'Add Stake'
4. Nhập số lượng SOL bạn muốn stake và chọn nút 'Stake'
