#### **1. Các Rủi Ro Chính Đối Với Lenders (Người Gửi Tiền)**

* **Rủi Ro Thanh Khoản:** Trong thời điểm utilization cao, có thể khó rút tiền ngay lập tức do phần lớn thanh khoản đã được vay.
* **Rủi Ro Thị Trường (Giảm Giá Tài Sản):** Lenders gửi tài sản crypto; nếu giá trị thị trường của các tài sản này giảm mạnh, lợi nhuận thực tế (tính theo fiat) có thể giảm mặc dù vẫn nhận được lãi suất.
* **Lãi Suất Biến Động:** Lợi suất cho vay không cố định và có thể thay đổi theo nhu cầu vay. Nhu cầu thấp dẫn đến lợi nhuận thấp hơn.

#### **2. Các Rủi Ro Chính Đối Với Borrowers (Người Vay)**

* **Rủi Ro Thanh Lý:** Nếu giá trị tài sản thế chấp giảm xuống dưới mức maintenance margin yêu cầu, vị thế của người vay có thể bị thanh lý, có thể gây thua lỗ.
* **Chi Phí Lãi Cao:** Trong giai đoạn utilization cao, lãi suất vay có thể tăng mạnh, khiến chi phí vay trở nên đắt đỏ hơn.
* **Biến Động Tài Sản Thế Chấp:** Do phần lớn tài sản thế chấp là crypto có tính biến động cao, việc giá giảm nhanh có thể nhanh chóng kích hoạt margin call và thanh lý.
* **Rủi Ro Quá Mức Đòn Bẩy:** Vay dựa trên tài sản biến động có thể làm khuếch đại thua lỗ nếu thị trường diễn biến bất lợi.
