# Xác minh danh tính tài khoản của bạn (KYC)

## Xác minh danh tính tài khoản cá nhân

### **1)** Chọn loại tài khoản cá nhân.

### **2)** Nhập quốc gia cư trú của bạn và cung cấp họ tên đầy đủ, ngày sinh và địa chỉ.

### Bắt đầu quy trình xác minh

#### 5) Chờ hoàn tất xác minh

⚠️ **Lưu ý:** Quá trình xác minh không phải lúc nào cũng diễn ra ngay lập tức.

Backpack Exchange sử dụng hệ thống KYC tự động để hoàn tất việc xác minh danh tính.

Trong một số trường hợp, hệ thống có thể đánh dấu tài khoản để đội ngũ Tuân thủ của Backpack xem xét thủ công.

* Quá trình này có thể mất đến 3 ngày trong thời gian nhu cầu cao.
* Nếu xác minh danh tính KYC của bạn đã chờ xử lý hơn 3 ngày, vui lòng liên hệ đội ngũ hỗ trợ qua email <support@backpack.exchange>.
