* Khu vực Sevastopol của Ukraine
* Khu vực Luhansk của Ukraine
* Khu vực Donetsk của Ukraine

Cư dân tại các khu vực này sẽ không thể truy cập các dịch vụ do Backpack Exchange cung cấp.
