# Hướng dẫn rút tiền qua chuyển khoản - Wise

Bài viết này hướng dẫn bạn từng bước cách rút USD từ tài khoản Backpack Exchange trực tiếp về tài khoản Wise của bạn bằng chuyển khoản SWIFT.

### 1. Đăng nhập vào Backpack và mở menu Rút tiền

* Đăng nhập vào [Backpack.exchange](https://backpack.exchange/).
* Nhấp **Withdraw (Rút tiền)**

### 2. Thu thập thông tin nhận tiền của Wise

* Mở tài khoản Wise của bạn.
* Trong tab **Home (Trang chủ)**, chọn **số dư USD** của bạn.

* Nhấp **Account details (Thông tin tài khoản)** để xem:

  * **Số tài khoản**
  * **Wire routing**
  * **SWIFT/BIC**
  * **Tên pháp lý đầy đủ và địa chỉ**

### 3. Thêm tài khoản ngân hàng Wise của bạn vào Backpack (thiết lập lần đầu)

* Trong cửa sổ rút tiền của Backpack, chọn **"Select Recipient" (Chọn người nhận)** → nhấp **Add Bank Account (Thêm tài khoản ngân hàng)**.

* Nhấp **"Add Bank Account" (Thêm tài khoản ngân hàng)** để lưu.

### 4. Gửi yêu cầu rút tiền

* Nhập số tiền bạn muốn rút (**Tối thiểu: 100 USD**).
* Chọn **tài khoản phụ (Sub-account)** bạn muốn rút.
* Chọn **tài khoản ngân hàng Wise** đã lưu từ danh sách người nhận.
* Nhấp **Continue (Tiếp tục)**.
* Hoàn tất **xác thực hai yếu tố (2FA)** và xác nhận yêu cầu rút tiền của bạn.

### 5. Theo dõi khoản rút của bạn

* Tiền sẽ đến tài khoản Wise của bạn trong vòng **1–5 ngày làm việc**, trừ bất kỳ khoản phí nhận tiền nào do Wise thu.
* Nếu không nhận được tiền trong vòng 5 ngày làm việc, hãy liên hệ Bộ phận Hỗ trợ Backpack với thông tin rút tiền của bạn.
