## Важные замечания

**Никаких маржинальных покупок**

* Покупки акций финансируются из доступного USD.
* Backpack не заимствует средства автоматически для финансирования покупок акций.
* Если вы хотите использовать заёмный USD, сначала займите его, а затем разместите ордер.

**Книга ордеров и исполнение**

* В сессии торговли по выходным подходящие акции торгуются через книгу ордеров выходного дня Backpack (Weekend Order Book).
* Акции, купленные или проданные в выходные, — это те же реальные ценные бумаги США, которые торгуются в обычные рыночные часы.
* Когда сессия overnight открывается снова, торговля возвращается на биржи США до начала следующей сессии выходного дня.

**Реальное владение**

* **Акции:** исполненные сделки с акциями означают реальное владение в форме security entitlement.
* **Stock Perpetuals:** бессрочные контракты на акции (Stock Perpetuals) — это деривативные контракты, которые **не** дают права собственности на базовую акцию.
