# Billetera

**Nota**: Este ejemplo utiliza la aplicación móvil de Backpack. El flujo es similar en la extensión de escritorio.

### 1. Abre el menú principal de Configuración

Nota: Si estás en la pantalla de la billetera, debes navegar a la pantalla de inicio y luego abrir el menú principal de Configuración.

### 2. Selecciona 'Reportar un Error'

### 3. Selecciona 'Enviar'

### 4. Copia el código de identificación del reporte.

### 5. Detalla el problema y adjunta el código de identificación del reporte al enviar un <support@backpack.exchange>.
