La mejor manera de reportar problemas o fallos en los productos de Backpack es generar un ticket de soporte utilizando la función integrada que se encuentra tanto en la Billetera como en la Exchange. Esta función recopila detalles sobre el estado del sistema, lo cual ayuda a resolver el problema.

* Después de enviar el ticket, asegúrate de registrar el ID del ticket e incluirlo cuando contactes al Soporte en (<support@backpack.exchange>)
