# Cómo Retirar por Transferencia Bancaria— Chase Bank

Este artículo te guía paso a paso sobre cómo retirar USD desde tu cuenta de Backpack Exchange directamente a tu cuenta de Chase Bank mediante una transferencia bancaria SWIFT.

### 1. Inicia sesión en Backpack y abre el menú de Retiro

* Inicia sesión en [Backpack.exchange](https://backpack.exchange/).
* Haz clic en **Retirar**

### 2. Encuentra tus datos de transferencia de Chase

* Inicia sesión en tu [cuenta de Chase](https://chase.com/).
* Selecciona tu **cuenta corriente** desde el panel principal.
* Haz clic en el menú **… (tres puntos) More**.
* Selecciona **Account & routing numbers**.
  * Ubica tu **número de cuenta** de ocho dígitos bajo "Wire transfers."
  * Confirma que el SWIFT/BIC sea `CHASUS33`.

> **Nota:** Asegúrate de usar el número de ruta (routing number) para transferencias bancarias (wire), no para transferencias ACH.

### 3. Agrega tu cuenta de Chase en Backpack (configuración inicial)

* En el modal de retiro de Backpack, selecciona **"Seleccionar Destinatario"** → haz clic en **Agregar Cuenta Bancaria**.

* Ingresa tus datos exactamente como aparecen en Chase

* Haz clic en **"Agregar Cuenta Bancaria"** para guardar.

### 4. Retira tus fondos

* Ingresa el monto del retiro: especifica el monto que deseas retirar (mínimo USD 100).
* Selecciona la subcuenta: si aplica, elige la subcuenta desde la que retirarás.
* Elige el destinatario: selecciona tu cuenta de Chase guardada como destinatario del retiro.
* Continúa: haz clic en el botón "Continuar" en la parte inferior de la página.
* Confirma el retiro: completa el proceso de autenticación de 2 factores para finalizar y enviar tu solicitud de retiro.

### 5. Haz seguimiento de tu retiro

* Los retiros generalmente tardan de **1 a 5 días hábiles** en llegar a tu cuenta de Chase.
* Si no has recibido tus fondos después de 5 días hábiles, contacta al Soporte de Backpack con tu número de referencia del retiro.
