# Cómo Retirar por Transferencia Bancaria

Las comisiones por transferencia dependen de tu nivel. Desde el Nivel 5, obtienes un número determinado de transferencias gratuitas cada 30 días; los Niveles 1–4 obtienen un cupo único de transferencias gratuitas, compartido entre depósitos y retiros. Los niveles más altos obtienen más transferencias gratuitas y comisiones más bajas por transacción. **Tu banco receptor o intermediario puede aplicar sus propios cargos, que están fuera de nuestro control.**

## Tabla de comisiones por transferencia bancaria

Desde el Nivel 5, obtienes transferencias bancarias gratuitas cada 30 días y comisiones reducidas en transferencias de mayor tamaño; los Niveles 1–4 obtienen un cupo único de transferencias gratuitas compartido entre depósitos y retiros.

Para los Niveles 1–4, el cupo gratuito es un único cupo compartido entre depósitos y retiros por transferencia bancaria, contabilizado sobre todo el historial de tu cuenta. No se reinicia. Desde el Nivel 5, las transferencias gratuitas se cuentan por separado en cada dirección y se reinician cada 30 días de forma continua.

* **El nivel efectivo se determina según tu BP en stake, tus activos mantenidos, tu volumen de trading y tu tenencia de NFT Mad Lad pre-TGE, el que resulte en el nivel más alto.**

### Inicia sesión en Backpack y abre el menú de Retiro

* Inicia sesión en [Backpack.exchange](https://backpack.exchange/).
* Haz clic en **Retirar**

**Agrega o selecciona una cuenta bancaria**

* Si no has agregado un destinatario antes, haz clic en **"Seleccionar Destinatario"** → haz clic en **Agregar Cuenta Bancaria**:
  * País del destinatario
  * Tipo de identificador bancario
    * SWIFT/BIC para la mayoría de las transferencias internacionales
    * Sort code (solo Reino Unido/Irlanda)
  * Código SWIFT/BIC *o* Sort code (según tu elección)
  * Número de cuenta
  * Datos del destinatario:
    * Tipo (Individual / Empresa)
    * Nombre, dirección, ciudad, código postal
  * Datos del banco:
    * Nombre del banco, dirección de la sucursal, ciudad, código postal, país
  * (Opcional) SWIFT/BIC del banco intermediario
* Haz clic en Agregar cuenta bancaria para guardar.

### Envía tu retiro

* Ingresa el monto del retiro (**Mínimo: USD 100**).
* Selecciona la **cuenta** desde la que deseas retirar (si aplica).
* Elige tu **cuenta bancaria** guardada de la lista de destinatarios.
* Haz clic en **Continuar**.
* Completa la **autenticación de 2 factores** para confirmar y enviar tu retiro.

### Haz seguimiento de tus fondos

* Los fondos normalmente llegan a tu cuenta bancaria en un plazo de **1 a 5 días hábiles**.
* Si los fondos no han llegado después de **5 días hábiles**, contacta al Soporte de Backpack y proporciona la referencia de tu retiro.
