# Regla de Viaje (Travel Rule)

### **Travel Rule**

La Travel Rule es un requisito regulatorio global emitido por el Grupo de Acción Financiera Internacional (GAFI / FATF). Esta norma exige que los Proveedores de Servicios de Activos Virtuales (VASPs), como los exchanges de criptomonedas, compartan la información del remitente y del destinatario cuando se transfieren activos digitales por encima de un determinado umbral. El objetivo es prevenir el lavado de dinero, la financiación del terrorismo y otras actividades ilícitas.

**¿Por Qué el Exchange Solicita Información Adicional al Realizar un Retiro?**

Dependiendo del monto del retiro y del destino de los fondos, es posible que se te soliciten detalles del beneficiario, como el nombre del destinatario o una referencia de cuenta. Esta información es necesaria para cumplir con la Travel Rule y garantiza la seguridad y transparencia en las transferencias de criptomonedas.
