# 代币化证券

## 概述

Backpack Securities 将真实证券所有权与链上分发相结合。

投资者可通过成熟的经纪基础设施持有符合条件的证券，将其转换为 Solana 上的代币化证券，并通过 Backpack Securities 将代币化证券赎回为相应的证券权益。

通过将传统经纪基础设施与区块链网络以无缝双向通道相连接，Backpack 在证券所有权与链上分发之间建立了直接路径。

这使投资者能够在单一平台上灵活访问传统证券基础设施和原生区块链市场。

## 持有证券的两种方式

Backpack 上每种符合条件的证券均可以两种形式之一持有。

#### **Backpack 上的传统证券**

依据纽约州法律（《统一商法典》第 8 条）管辖的真实证券权益，依托成熟的经纪、清算、托管和过户基础设施，具有真实所有权权利，包括现金股息、公司行动、经纪商转账以及适用的税收协定优惠。

#### **Backpack 发行的代币化证券**

在 Solana 上自托管的代币化证券，支持全天候交易、钱包间转账及去中心化金融（DeFi）兼容性。

## 在两种形式之间切换

两种形式通过无缝双向通道相连接。

通过 Backpack Securities 的存入和提取，可在传统证券与代币化证券之间无缝转换，实现证券在传统经纪商与 Solana 之间的双向出入。

## 股息与公司行动

两种持有模式均支持股息与公司行动。

* 对于通过 Backpack Securities 持有的证券，现金股息和公司行动通过传统经纪基础设施处理。
* 对于代币化证券，股息支付将自动再投资为额外的代币化股份，而适用的公司行动则通过按比例调整代币余额的方式体现，以维持与标的证券的经济等价性。
