# 质押 SOL
在 Backpack 上质押 Solana 主要有两种方式：
1. **流动性质押：** 通过 bpSOL 等代币化质押衍生品质押 SOL，同时保持流动性。
2. **原生质押：** 通过钱包将 SOL 直接委托给验证者。

### 如何质押 SOL 获得 bpSOL
您可以在 Backpack 钱包中直接将 SOL 兑换为 bpSOL，进行流动性质押。
1. 选择 **兑换（Swap）** 。
2. 选择 SOL 作为您要兑换的代币。
3. 选择 bpSOL 作为您要接收的代币。
4. 输入您要兑换的 SOL 数量。
5. 选择 **预览兑换（Review Swap）** ，检查交易详情，然后批准交易。
> **注意：** Backpack 钱包中显示的年化收益率可能会发生变化。请以应用程序中当前显示的利率为准。
### 如何原生质押 SOL
通过原生质押，您可以直接在 Backpack 钱包中将 SOL 质押给 Solana 验证者。
1. 在 **资产总览（Portfolio）** 中选择 Solana（SOL）。
2. 选择 **质押 SOL 赚取收益（Stake SOL to Earn）**。
3. 选择 **原生质押（Native Staking）**。
4. 输入您要质押的 SOL 数量。
5. 检查所选验证者。如需选择其他验证者，请选择 **其他验证者（Other Validators）**。
6. 选择 **质押（Stake）** 并批准交易。
