📌  返佣部分为被邀请用户实际产生的交易手续费分成，系统将按照后台数据**每周**结算一次。

📌  **VIP4 及以上等级**的用户不享受返佣。

📌  **做市商**、**经纪商、机构**用户及触发平台认定的**其他不可返佣条件**的交易，不参与返佣计算。

📌 为了维护公平的交易环境，Backpack 明确**禁止刷单、批量注册账户及自返**。一经发现，相关邀请关系与奖励将无法兑现，并视情节严重程度给予降级或取消合作资格的处理。

### 💸队长季度升降级考核规则

#### 邀请规则

每月月底，平台将关注您的拉新（目标 >3人）与月活（目标 >5人）情况。请务必保持真实的社交推广，避免自我交易（自返），以免影响奖励的正常发放。

#### 升级规则

队长在连续 30 天内交易量达到下一等级要求，可主动联系BD申请升级。

升级成功后可维持当前返佣比例3个月，期间不因短期数据波动调整等级。

#### 降级规则

如发现存在自返行为，将直接降级至10%返佣比例。

如连续3个月内未产生任何拉新或活跃用户，将降级至10%返佣比例。

### ⚠️队长行为规范

1. 作为 Backpack 的官方合作伙伴，不得发布虚假、误导性或恶意诋毁平台的内容。如有对平台产品的意见或建议，欢迎通过专属 BD 通道(TG @cococryptoer)直接反馈，我们重视每一位队长的声音。
2. 为保障队长之间的公平竞争，用户最高返佣不应超过35%，不得向用户承诺超出实际比例的返佣或保证收益，不得私自扣减用户返佣。

违反规定者：第一次书面警告，第二次取消当月全部奖励，第三次终止合作资格。

### ⚠️规则更新说明

本活动规则及评估标准仅适用于华语地区中文队长。其他国家或地区合作政策，请以该地区对应的官方公告或通知为准。

Backpack 保留自行决定暂停或终止任何参与者参与该计划的权利，包括但不限于涉及欺诈行为、违反用户协议、不遵守适用法律或法规，或任何被认为对平台或其用户有害的行为；并保留在全球范围内根据合规要求调整政策的权利。
