# 无法收到 Backpack 邮件的排查方法

* **检查网络连接**\
  请确保您的网络连接稳定。\
  在部分地区，可能需要使用全球 VPN。
* **检查垃圾邮件文件夹**\
  查看邮件是否被误分类到垃圾邮件或广告邮件中。\
  然后将验证邮件地址 **<no-reply@backpack.exchange>** 添加到白名单后再尝试。
* **检查是否使用去中心化邮箱（如 Dmail）**\
  由于架构和协议的差异，此类邮箱服务有时可能被误分类，或与部分平台的邮件系统不兼容。\
