# 钱包

**注意**：以下示例使用的是 Backpack 移动端 App，桌面端扩展的流程类似。

### 1) 打开主设置菜单

注意：如果您当前位于钱包页面，需先返回首页，然后打开主设置菜单。

### 2) 选择 “Bug Report”（问题反馈）。

### 3) 点击 “Submit”（提交）。

### 4) 复制报告标识码。

### 5) 在发送邮件时，详细描述问题，并附上报告标识码。
