### Before You Submit

Please make sure you have the following information ready:

* Email address registered with your Backpack Exchange account
* Transaction link (or TX Hash)
* Network used for the transfer
* Self-custodial wallet address where recovered funds may be returned

Incomplete or incorrect information may delay review.
