* Each level comes with a **minimum volume expectation**.
  * **Account performance is reviewed monthly** and may be considered for promotion.
  * If the required volume criteria are **not met for 3 consecutive months**, the level **may be reset**.
* **Referred users can only be reassigned if they are inactive**.
