Withdraw
How do I withdraw USD?
Open the Withdraw modal
In the top‐right corner of your dashboard, click Withdraw, then choose External → Cash (USD).
Enter your amount
Type the USD amount you wish to withdraw.
Select the sub‐account you’re withdrawing from (e.g. Main).
Add or select a bank account
If you haven’t added a recipient before, click Add bank account and fill in:
Recipient country
Bank identifier type
SWIFT/BIC for most international wires
Sort code (UK/Ireland only)
SWIFT/BIC code or Sort code (depending on your choice)
Account number
Recipient details:
Type (Individual / Business)
Name, address, city, postcode
Bank details:
Bank name, branch address, city, postcode, country
(Optional) Intermediary bank SWIFT/BIC
Click Add bank account to save.
Review & confirm
Once your bank is selected, review the withdrawal amount, recipient, and estimated fees.
Click Continue to submit your withdrawal request.
How long do USD withdrawals take?
Withdrawals via SWIFT usually arrive within 1–3 business days, subject to your bank and intermediaries.
Are there withdrawal fees?
We do not charge withdrawal fees. A flat fee from our banking partner per withdrawal will apply (shown during the transaction). Your bank may also charge incoming wire fees.
Fee Reimbursement Program:
50% reimbursement for users with over $10,000 AUM
100% reimbursement for users with over $100,000 AUM
100% reimbursement for VIP1 status or higher, regardless of AUM
What if I enter incorrect bank details?
Incorrect or incomplete banking details may result in:
Delayed, returned, or lost funds
Additional recovery fees
Always ensure your information is correct and updated.
Why was my transaction delayed, suspended, or canceled?
Transactions can be delayed or suspended due to compliance or risk checks by our banking partners, requiring additional documentation.
If additional information is needed, we'll request:
Proof of bank ownership (recent 3-month bank statement)
Source of funds
Purpose of transfer or other relevant documentation
